Located in Central CT, MCAOS is licensed by the State of Connecticut as an Ambulatory Surgical Center, certified by Medicare and accredited by the Accreditation Association for Ambulatory Health Care (AAAHC).

Middlesex Center for Advanced Orthopedic Surgery is committed to the enhancement of life by providing access to quality surgical care services delivered in an efficient, cost-effective manner. MCAOS provides effective outpatient services using modern, state-of-the-art technology in a friendly and caring environment by highly skilled, compassionate staff serving Middlesex County and surrounding communities. Surgery

The Middlesex Center for Advanced Orthopedic Surgery continually invests in the latest surgical and diagnostic technology, and has been a pioneer in performing complex surgical procedures in the outpatient setting. 

• Orthopedics and Sports Medicine, including arthroscopy and open procedures of the knee, shoulder, ankle, elbow and hip; fracture and tendon repairs, foot surgery, spine surgery, Achilles tendon repair, hand surgery including carpal tunnel release and trigger finger surgery.
• Pain Management, including epidural steroid injections, joint injections and facet injections.
• Spine Surgery, including Anterior Cervical Disc & Fusion , Disc surgery and Pain Managent procedures.
